A healthy start to your day:  poached eggs, spinach, avocado, sourdough toast topped with grey sea salt and Aleppo pepper.  Add cherry toms even tastier.  Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, then lunch.  Our metabolism needs to be fuelled after long sleep.
