Bonnie’s tasty Coconut flour wraps

4 eggs

1/ 3 coconut milk

1/ 4 coconut flour

1-2 pinch(s) salt

1 tbs of Flaxmeal (grounded flax seeds)

1 tbs of Chia seeds

1 tsp of the following spices:

– garlic  powder

– basil

– oregano

Let sit for an hour or until the chia seeds and flaxmeal really make it a thicker consistency.

You can tweak the spices to your taste and add more or less of the chia and flax seeds as well.

If too runny, add more coconut flour, if too thick…add the coconut milk.

We use coconut oil to grease the grill with a paintbrush type utensil.

Then we freeze them, and they do GREAT in the freezer.

You can cook them thicker or thinner, bigger or smaller…and use them for almost anything. (Burger buns, hotdog buns, pita bread, etc.)

I love them with Hummus spread on top with a thin slice of some healthy cold cut of sorts,…add veggies (slice of tomato and a little shallott slices/ thin red/orange/yellow pepper slices, and then shredded cheese on top.

You can even make a quick pizza with them. (just be careful not to get them too soggy with sauce.)

ENJOY!  J
